You may use Surface Drift only for lawful purposes and only in connection with assets, domains, services, and systems that you own or are authorized to monitor and assess.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, controlling access to your account, and all activity that occurs under your account.
Authorized Security Monitoring
You must not use the platform to scan, probe, validate, or monitor targets without permission. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with contracts, law, and internal policy.
Product Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Surface Drift is offered on an as-available basis. Features, limits, scan coverage, alerting behavior, and product availability may change over time, including during beta or early-access phases.
Findings and Reports
Surface Drift is designed to help identify external exposure and risk, but scan results are informational and may contain false positives, false negatives, or incomplete context. You remain responsible for validating findings and making operational decisions.
Customer Content
You retain responsibility for the domains, configurations, scan inputs, and account data you provide. By using the service, you grant us the rights needed to host, process, store, and analyze that data strictly for operating and supporting the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to interfere with third-party systems, abuse platform resources, bypass restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law or policy. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
Intellectual Property
